Kogi State House of Assembly has recommended the removal of Emmanuel Funsho as permanent member of the Kogi State Independent Electoral Commission, , based on the findings of the committee, which confirmed the allegations against him.

The committee also noted that the illegal participation of Olorunfemi in political activities in Kabba/Bunu Local Council and Otu Ward resulted in chaotic situations in the area.Most of the members spoke in support of the committee’s recommendations to relieve the SIEC member of his office since he lacked the integrity to hold such an exalted position.
