Kogi APC in need of revival – Members

Members of Kogi All Progressives Congress under the aegis of Justice Forum has said that for the party to get return to its winning ways in the state, all hands must be on deckThey called on the national chairman of the party, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole and National Working Committee members , to apply direct primary in choosing the party’s candidate, ahead of the November 16, state governorship election.

The APC group through their spokesperson, Dr Goodman Akwu said these in Idah at an interaction with some party gubernatorial aspirants from the Kogi East Senatorial district. Akwu said that among others, the occasion was expected to be used to revive the party “everybody laboured to build in 2014, but which has been hijacked by some hawks, away from hardworking party members”.

He said that the outing of the Justice Forum in the ancient city of Idah was “induced by the emergency of the moment, which is aimed at reclaiming the original APC that brought the present mandate, for it to stand firmly on its feet as the November 16 governorship election gathers momentum.
