The kidnapped Staff of Niger Ministry of Works, Mallam Abubakar Jibrin, has regain freedom from his abductors.

Jibrin was kidnapped along with other workers of Tractia Nigeria Ltd in construction site at Erena community in Shiroro local government a month ago. The Nation recalled the gunmen demanded N1billion ransom but, which was later reduced to N700m for the workers’ release.When the company contacted them to pay the ransom, they declined, saying they wanted to deal with the Niger State Government whose staff was among those kidnapped.Some weeks ago, Governor Abubakar Sani- Bello had said that the Government was doing everything within its power to ensure Jibrin and the three staff of the construction company ware rescued unhurt.
