Kebbi State Governor, Comrade Nasir Idris, has condoled with his Kaduna State counterpart, Governor Uba Sani and Emir of Zazzau, Amb. Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli, over the tragic mosque collapse that claimed many lives.
This is contained in a press release signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the governor, Alhaji Ahmed Idris, and made available to newsmen in Birnin Kebbi on Sunday evening.
The governor described the event which claimed 12 lives as a tragic and great loss not only to Zaria and Zazzau Emirate but also a loss to Kaduna State and Nigeria at large. Idris expressed deep grief over the loss of lives and prayed for the repose of the souls of those who lost their lives in the incident.Idris urged the Emirate and the entire people of Kaduna State to accept the will of God Almighty in good faith and prayed to Allah to accept their Shahada and grant them Jannatul Firdaus.
While condoling with the families of those who lost their loved ones, the governor also prayed for the quick recovery of those who sustained injuries.Kindly share this story: All rights reserved.
