Katsina Governor-elect To Conduct Staff Audit After Swearing-in - Latest News
Radda who fielded questions during a television programme, expressed displeasure with some staff who despite being on the payroll of the government remain ineffective in service delivery.
He said, “What we want to do is a very serious staff audit when we come to ensure that those people that are on the payroll are giving the services to the local governments. “It is unfortunate you see somebody receiving a salary in the local government but has already gotten work at the federal level or some private sector and he will be taking double salaries for work not done. So, we need to fish out those things,” he said.
