The National Security Council, on Friday, said it was “considering the appropriate action to be taken” on the recent release of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu.
But Ejiofor said the AGF “should be appropriately guided in law.”
“The order made by the learned Justices of the Court of Appeal is sacrosanct and must be obeyed immediately without further ado.’’ Also, a socio-political organisation, Alaigbo Development Foundation, hailed the judgment, describing it as a positive development.
