The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Nnamdi Kanu, has filed an appeal before the Supreme Court challenging the stay of execution granted the federal government by the Court of Appeal.
The Court of Appeal in Abuja had, on October 28, upheld the government’s stay of execution application due to the appeal before the Supreme Court.But in the three grounds of appeal by his counsel, Mike Ozekhome , Kanu requested the apex court to set aside the entirety of the decision of the Court of Appeal.
