This was contained in a statement signed by the director, enlightenment of the ministry and made available to newsmen yesterday in Kano.While expressing appreciation for the cooperation and support being accorded to the ministry, the commissioner, Rt Hon Ya’u Abdullahi Yan’shana urged parents/guardians of pupils and students to ensure compliance with the approved resumption dates.
The commissioner who also wished the pupils and students successful commencement of the second term academic session, however, warned that appropriate disciplinary actions would be taken against defaulting students.
