Kano rerun: Shehu Sani reacts to violence in governorship election
Shehu Sani, the Senator representing Kaduna Central has reacted to the rerun governorship election conducted in Kano State
Reports had it that the process on Saturday was marred by violence, attacks by thugs and alleged killing of voters.Police earlier debunked social media reports of killings in Gama ward in NasarawaDIG Michael blamed the social media for spreading the fake news. According to him, the story was the fabrication of the social media.
Reacting, Sani on his Twitter page wrote: “Not to condemn the violence in Kano State is to condone or to concur.” Meanwhile, collation of results from state collation center in Kano State has been suspended by INEC.
