ADP guber candidate, Sha’aban, pledges to offset gratuity backlog Kano Central senatorial candidate under the Peoples Democratic Party , Lailah Buhari, has said the National Working Committee of the party aggravated the internal crisis threatening the party’s organ in the state. Specifically, Buhari, who accused the National Chairman, Sen.

Buhari, the only female candidate seeking elective position across parties in Kano, told journalists, yesterday, that she was committed to make history in next month’s election, despite a legal burden. Although, Danburam had secured a Federal High Court verdict in his favour, the appellate court upturned the judgment and ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission to recognise and publish Buhari’s name for the poll.

Sha’aban made the promise during a governorship debate organised by Hausa Service of the British Broadcasting Corporation at Bayero University, Kano .
