The Nation Newspaper Kano Emirate crisis: Count Tinubu out, says DOJ leader tells politicians
Alawuje, in a statement on Sunday, May 26, noted that some politicians have seized the opportunity of the royal rumble in Kano to destructively criticise President Tinubu’s administration as if he is behind the tussle.
According to Alawuje, “At this critical period of emirate crisis in Kano, politicians should desist from statements that would further plunge the ancient city into more turmoil surreptitiously to score political points.“If anything, the statements credited to Alhaji Sanusi Lamido Sanusi were the direct opposite of what Alhaji Atiku Abubakar said about the involvement of the federal government in Kano state emirate.
“With my life experience and the level of exposure, I have gone beyond being sentimental in thinking and politicking, I can proudly say that in the history of Nigeria politics, there’s no one dead or alive that has natural and undiluted sincere foot soldiers like Tinubu 2023 agenda and I am assuring Nigerians that the struggle of 2023 will be a child play in 2027 programme.
