Nigerian Army troops engaged in counterterrorism operations in the North East, in collaboration with Hybrid Forces, achieved significant success on Wednesday, March 27, 2024.
In a statement issued by the military, it was revealed that the operation involved a fierce firefight, resulting in the successful neutralization of one terrorist. ''The recovered arms included 2 AK-47 rifles, 38 rounds of 7.62 mm special ammunition, AK-47 Magazines, one Improvised Explosive Device and one motorcycle,'' the statement read.
