A large group of female protesters gathered at the headquarters of the All Progressives Congress in Abuja today, demanding the resignation of the party's National Women Leader, Dr. Mary Alile-Idele. T
The aggrieved women, singing solidarity songs and holding banners with messages such as 'Enough is Enough!' and 'Mary Alile Resign Now,' appealed to the First Lady and the National Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje, to remove Alile-Idele from her position.Alile-Idele assumed her role after her predecessor, Dr Betta Edu, was appointed Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation by President Bola Tinubu.
