In anticipation of the #FreeDeleFarotimi protest, police have deployed operatives to the Ministry of Justice in Abuja.
Farotimi, who has been vocal in his criticism of Nigeria's judicial system, is accused of making defamatory statements against Babalola in his book Nigeria and its Criminal Justice System. Despite police warnings, the movement has vowed to proceed with rallies in Abuja, Lagos, Ekiti, London, and Toronto.
