Fifty-eight people including women and children who were kidnapped in Birnin Gwari Local Government Area of Kaduna State have been released by the bandits operating in the area.
The freed victims have since been taken to a medical facility for checkups before a debriefing by the NSA, Nuhu Ribadu and further handover to the Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Musa. Kila also commended the Nigerian Military and its troops for their commitment to securing the release of the victims and ending insurgency across the nation.
