The second series of the 2024 November/December West African Senior School Certificate Examination for private candidates for private candidates have been released.
In a statement issued bu WAEC's Head of Public Affairs, Moyosola Adesina, a total of 65,023 candidates sat for the examination in different centres across the nation. Also, the 2024 result is an improvement when compared to the 44.29% pass rate in 2023 and 42.16% in 2022 - which reflects a 9.35 percent improvement in the candidates' performance.
However, while 62,364 candidates had their results completely processed and released, 2,669 candidates are awaiting their results following some errors.
