Chairman, Senate Committee on Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Senator Sharafadeen Alli has appealed to media owners across the country to prioritise the welfare of journalists in their employment. Alli, who represents Oyo South Senatorial District on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC, urged media organisations to prioritise the safety and wellbeing of

their employees at all times. The lawmaker made this appeal while reacting to the death of Tribune Newspaper Correspondent at the Senate, Mr. Tijani Adeyemi.
