Last month,if David Beckham did not renounce his association with the Qatar World Cup - as the Middle Eastern country has a shocking record for LGBTQ+ rights, human rights and worker's rights.
Beckham, as you may be aware, stands to earn a huge sum - some reports suggest up to £150 million - for his deal as an ambassador for Qatari football., although it was later revealed that they money shredded was not real and he had donated the cash to LGBTQ+ charities. In the latest development, however, the comedian says that he HAS had a response from Beckham, in the form of an 'exclusive statement' from his team, and it will be revealed on his 'Got Your Back' special on Channel 4 at 9pm.
