The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has won all three senatorial seats in Ondo State.
The party also clinched eight of the nine House of Representatives seats with the Peoples Democratic Party , winning the remaining one.
Similarly, the APC candidate for Ondo Central Senatorial District, Niyi Adegbomire, secured 103,871 votes to beat PDP’s Ifedayo Adedipe, who got 74,702 votes. With the APC making a bold statement with the senatorial seats, the party also secured most of House of Representatives seats.
