Governor Umar Namadi of Jigawa State has announced the appointment of 51 new aides and the reassignment of three Special Advisers. This development was confirmed in a statement signed by the Secretary to the Government of Jigawa State, Bala Ibrahim, on Wednesday.

Among the new appointees are two Special Advisers, eight Senior Special Assistants, and 49 Special Assistants. The reassigned Special Advisers are Hudu Babangida, who moves from Special Adviser on Chieftaincy Affairs to Special Adviser on Senior Citizens Affairs; Samaila Dawaki, now Special Adviser on Micro Finance Banks; and Lawan Garba , reassigned to Special Adviser on Political Affairs.
