Japa: “Nigerians running abroad are suffering” – Tinubu via politicsngr
POLITICS NIGERIA reports that the emigration phenomenon is called Japa, a Yoruba word meaning ‘to escape’.He made the declaration while addressing a campaign rally in Enugu on Wednesday.He said there is no country like Nigeria in Africa, adding that he should be supported to renew and rebuild the country.
“Those who are running overseas are suffering. We have been there. Anybody who tells you that you cannot do something, pray you can do it,’’ Tinubu said. According to the APC presidential candidate, Lagos as a state is better than many countries in the Western world.
