Earlier, there were claims by some HND students accusing the board of being responsible for their inability to go for their National Youth Service scheme . The students were said to have claimed they were not mobilised for service because they did a part-time programme for their national diploma . Fabian Benjamin, the JAMB spokesperson, said the board has no involvement, authority, or control over the admissions process for HND candidates.He said JAMB is also not responsible for other higher institutions’ programmes besides their regular admissions.
