Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) have written a letter to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu demanding appointments into his cabinet.

Persons with Disabilities have asksd President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to consider them for appointments in his cabinet.

Epelle said it was an unfortunate reality that PwDs in Nigeria often have to deal with difficulties in accessing basic rights and opportunities. “By including PwDs in your cabinet, you would not only ensure their representation in decision-making process, but also harness their unique perspectives and expertise.”

“Furthermore, appointing PwDs to influential positions in your government would serve as a powerful symbol of inclusivity, sending a clearer message that Nigeria embraces and values the contribution of every citizen, regardless of their abilities, ” he said.
