The Nigerian Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs has urged President Bola Tinubu to declare Nigeria’s support for Palestine in the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas terrorist sect.
This was contained in a statement jointly signed by Prof. Salisu Shehu and Yunus Ustaz Usman ; NSCIA Deputy Secretary General and National Legal Adviser on Monday. The NSCIA enjoined the Nigerian government “to come out and stand clearly with the helpless victims of persistent Israeli persecution, massacre, oppression and suppression.”
