The Jama’tul Izalatul Bid’ah Wa’Ikamatis Sunnah, founded by Ash-Sheikh Ismaila Idris Bin Zakariyya, has established a University for both the Islamic and Western educational needs of the people.

An appeal fund for the Institution named “Fortune University”, at Magama Toro Local government area of Bauchi State was unveiled recently.

Governor of Bauchi State, Bala Mohammed, commended the Izala group for prioritising education in its activities. He said his administration had been keenly keeping in touch with the progress of the group in that direction and assured continued working in partnership to achieve the goal of providing quality education to the citizenry.Delivering the goodwill message of Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Yahaya, his representative, the Secretary to the State Government SSG, Prof. Ibrahim Njodi, appreciated the leader of the Izala group, Sheikh Sani Yahaya Jingir, for his relentless service to humanity.

In his remark, Sheikh Jingir expressed his belief in education as a tool for human emancipation and empowerment without which even basic religious obligations might not be observed effectively. While appreciating the Bauchi State Government for providing 120,000 hectares of land for the University, the Sheihk also thanked the Governor of Gombe State and others who sent delegates to the event.All rights reserved.
