Included in the plan is the $390-million broadband strategy, $933 million for irrigation infrastructure, $78 million for 133 capital maintenance and renewal projects, $59 million to expand the University of Calgary veterinary medicine program, a $70-million Film and Television Tax Credit, and $8 million for Indigenous communities.Article content
