The United States Senate has endorsed President Donald Trump\u2019s veto of a resolution on military action against Iran without congressional approval. On Thursday, Senators voted 49-44 in favour of the resolution. Senate requires a two-thirds majority to override a presidential veto. The legislation passed the House of Representatives in March and the Senate in February.
