IPOB Women in US Plan Fundraiser To Support Kanu, Block Delivery Of More Fighter Aircraft To Nigeria |
A pro-Biafra women group under the aegis of Indigenous People of Biafra/Biafran women in the United States of America is planning a fundraiser in September to support the detained secessionist leader, Nnamdi Kanu and block the United States’ delivery of super fighter jets to Nigeria.
The American IPOB lawyer said the lawsuit would seek to revoke the delivery of the six Tucano jets sold and also block the remaining six from being conveyed to the country. “So, the lawsuit of the delivery and sales of Tucano aircraft are in violation of the law. The lawsuit is not filed in isolation. There is a larger percentage number of Americans involved.
