The sit-at-home order by the Indigenous People of Biafra to protest the detention of her leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu by the Federal Government recorded
DAILY POST correspondent who monitored the order reports that Imo workers, commercial banks, schools, and motor parks did not open for business.
Majority of Imo Workers obeyed the sit-at-home order said to have been issued by the Indigenous People of Biafra on Monday, 9th of August, 2021. As at 10 am on Monday, our reporter who was at the state secretariat and other state government establishments, observed that offices were not opened except for a few, indicating that the workers dared governor Uzodinma, on sanctioning absentee civil servants.
