The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has sympathised with the families of flood and fatal boat accident victims in Ogbaru, Anambra West and Anambra East local government areas of Anambra State. IPOB in a condolence statement on Thursday by its Media and Publicity, Emma Powerful, described the incidents as sad. Many lives and property were lost in the affected communities.
