Mike Ejiofor , a former director of the Department of State Services , has called for the extradition of Simon Ekpa, a Finland-based factional leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra .
Ekpa, a self-declared prime minister of the Biafra in exile, is also the 'mastermind' behind attacks on security checkpoints and formations in the South-East by 'Unknown Gunmen'. Speaking on the matter, Ejiofor said; 'Simon Ekpa is not a genuine representative of reasonable people, but rather an influencer of misguided elements.'
