Leaders of PENGASSAN in a communiqué at the end of their National Executive Council, NEC, meeting in Lagos, warned that the recent statement credited to Zamfara State Governor that the insurgents were more equipped than the Nigerian Armed Forces should not be overlooked.
“The statement credited to Zamfara State governor to the effect that the insurgents are more equipped than the Nigerian Armed Forces should not be waved off.” In the same vein, NEC-In-Session congratulated all newly elected and re-elected Governors and all incoming National and State Houses of Assembly members.
