INEC withdraws return certificate from Buhari’s ex-aide, gives it to minister’s son

as the duly elected lawmaker on the platform of the All Progressives Congress .

Issuing the Certificate of Return on Monday, INEC National Commissioner, Amina Zakari, said the issuance of the certificate is on the order of the court. Mr Sumaila could not be reached on whether or not he had appealed the court ruling. He did not pick or return calls made to his phone nor reply a text message sent to him.Mr Dambazau had sued INEC, APC and Mr Sumaila challenging the nomination of the latter as the candidate of APC.
