The Independent National Electoral Commission says political parties participating in the Ondo state governorship election will sign a peace accord on November 8.

Yakubu said 64,273 permanent voter cards were collected out of the 89,777 cards delivered to the state. He said this represents a collection rate of 71.6 percent. “The capacity of election duty staff has improved with hands-on training for especially polling unit officials,” he said.
