The Nigeria Labour Congress has asked Usman Ododo, governor of Kogi, to approve the implementation of the 2021 revised consolidated medical salary structure for veterinary doctors in Kogi.
“We passionately request the governor to look into the non-implementation of the revised CONMESS for the state veterinary doctors,” he said. Amari said the current N30,000 national minimum wage cannot meet basic needs of workers given prevailing economic realities.
