The General Manager of Heartland FC Godson Onyemaobi says the Imo State Commissioner for Sports Chike Ogu has no right to dissolve the board of the club.
Ogu, in a letter dated July 23, 2020 and made available to The PUNCH, said Governor Hope Uzodimna had ordered the dissolution of all government boards and management teams of all state-owned parastatals.
Onyemaobi however stated that the commissioner lacked the power and authority to dissolve the Heartland board.
