IMC directs clubs to start licensing procedure as transfer window opens tomorrow | The Guardian Nigeria News - Nigeria and World News ⬇️
Following IMC’s submission of the season’s report to the Nigeria Football Federation , clubs that qualified for CAF Club competitions were invited to commence their procedures with the NFF in line with CAF Club Licensing Regulations 2022.
The league organisers in advising all participating clubs to take advantage of early completion of the process warned that only clubs that have been licensed would be registered for the new season. A memo by IMC’s Head of Operations, Davidson Owumi, informed the clubs to contact NFF Licensing Managers, Nasiru Jibril and Queen U Otarakpo, for further information on the club licensing procedure.
In a related development, the NPFL transfer window will open tomorrow and close on September 1, 2023. The clubs that qualified to represent Nigeria in CAF club competitions are Enyimba International and Remo Stars for the CAF Champions League and Rivers United and Bendel Insurance for the CAF Confederation Cup.
