Former Chief Press Secretary, CPS, to ex-Governor of Abia State, Onyebuchi Ememanka has mocked the Special Adviser to Governor Alex Otti on media and
publicity, Mr Ferdinand Ekeoma following the crashing out of Enyimba football club of Aba from CAF Champions league.
He reiterated his displeasure that the administration of his boss, Okezie Ikpeazu was not credited with the Nigerian Premier League victory secured by Enyimba.“After all, the overgrown weeds at the Stadium three months after Ikpeazu left office as Governor is the reason Enyimba has been kicked out of the CAF Champions League in their first match,” he wrote.
He noted that it took extra efforts of Club Chairman, Kanu Nwankwo and management staff to convince CAF to approve the Enyimba stadium to be used for the Al Ahli Benghazi clash. The media adviser insisted that Enyimba was in financial quagmire when the current administration took over.
