The PUNCH had reported that the NPF on Monday, said it has arrested four police officers for allegedly assaulting a woman in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital. On Friday, a video appeared on X , wherein a woman who was said to be travelling, was seen with bruises on her mouth.
