The Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC) encourages state governors to utilize public-private partnership (PPP) projects as a means to address infrastructure deficits within their respective states. This call to action follows a meeting between ICRC Director-General Jobson Ewalefoh and Ondo State Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, who discussed potential PPP initiatives in the state.
The Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission says governors should use the public-private partnership projects to bridge infrastructural gaps in their states.
A statement quoted Ewalefoh as saying the administration of President Bola Tinubu is committed to collaborations with the state governments that would bring about “improved infrastructure” for Nigerians. The director-general said his commission is ready to provide support and guidance to the state governments on their PPP projects.
