The Chairman, Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission, Prof. Bolaji Owasanoye, on Thursday, opened the newly-built office for the anti-graft agency in Kogi State, The PUNCH reports.

In a statement obtained by our correspondent, Owasanoye, said, “This new building has unique importance for two reasons; it is in fulfilment of the ICPC’s dream to own its offices in all the states of the federation and to support and complement every worthy effort of the Kogi State government at dealing with corruption, promoting accountability, transparency in governance, and building a culture of integrity among the citizenry.
“This is the fourth prototype office building opened since the inception of the current board of the commission in 2019, and I wish to thank the government and the people of Kogi for your generous support in providing the land for this project.”
