A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and immediate past governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, has said that he is not too big to serve Nigeria and that if President Bola Tinubu offers him an appointment, he will consult with his wife and friends. Wike, who said this while speaking with BBC Pidgin, however, said that he wants to rest having served as a governor for eight years. He noted that President Tinubu who is in the ruling All Progressives Congress had not informed him of any appointment.
