Despite having most of his works these days in the R&B and Latin genres or as a musician, producer and promoter Anthony Lerone Jackson popularly known as Toño Negron has said he has deep love for Afrobeat music.
“Afrobeat is like a mixture of sounds that get to your nerves and soul. I know this because as a young boy I felt the same love for salsa and it even inspired me to learn to write and speak Spanish as I aspired to compose music within that genre and travel Latin America” He said that he often sees himself as an explorer in the music world because he always lets his heart follow the sounds.
“I might even create my own genre someday. I just feel like I can create anything from what I hear and see. There are endless possibilities in the vision behind Negron World”
