A former chairman, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in United Kingdom District Societies, Ben Etiaba on Saturday said he was contesting the Anambra State governorship election scheduled for November 6 because he had received the blessing of his mother, Dame Virgy Etiaba.Etiaba, who recently resigned his membership from the All Progressives Congress, said he would complete all abandoned infrastructure projects in the state if elected.
