Former Inter Milan striker, Mario Balotelli has stated that Italian-Dutch football agent, Carmine “Mino” Raiola told him he would have won more Ballons d’Or trophies than Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo if he had played to 100 per cent of his ability.According to him, his former agent, Raiola said he played just 20 per cent of his ability, hence Messi and Ronaldo have so many Ballons d’Or trophies.
He said: “Raiola always told me that Ronaldo and Messi – they have so many Ballons d’Or because I played 20% of my chances and that if I played 100% I would have won them [Ballons d’Or].”
