Human Rights Writers Association of Nigeria , yesterday, called on the anti-graft agencies, especially the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission , to arrest the immediate past Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika, over the “grossly suspicious and fraudulent” national carrier, the Nigeria Air.
