A minister in Gospel Power Ministry, GPM, Brother Ben Charles-Davies has appealed to President Bola Tinubu administration to ease the pains of Nigerians stressing that governments at all levels must come up with life-changing policies and programmes to lift people out of hunger, hardship and starvation.

He stated this during the launching of his book titled: ‘The Wounded Soul’ held at GPM auditorium Ogba, Lagos

He lamented that most families in Nigeria battle to feed once a day, while some who manage to eat were not sure of where the next meal will come from, stating that it has become a matter of urgency that government at all levels hasten up, rule with the fear of God and come up with policies to check rising prices of food commodities and other essentials.

“Nigerians are to resilient, they are dogged, they can endure just like Fela said ‘suffering and smiling’ but the present situation is beyond suffering and smiling, the masses are being pushed to the wall, staple foods are not available any longer. However, he urged Nigerians to keep hope alive, be patient and ultimately look up to God for divine intervention for a new Nigeria.
