Scientists in Hong Kong have released a video showing how people can make their own face masks with cheap household items
Cheap invention comes during spike in face-mask thefts in Hong Kong and China. Masks can be made using kitchen roll, elastic bands, paper tape and steel wire. Latest theft in Hong Kong saw 33-year-old arrested for stealing 160 face masks.
