How Nigerian Senate passes unserious bills – Senator Manager
Speaking during plenary on Wednesday in reaction to the bill for an “Act to amend the National Institute of Legislative and Democratic Studies and for other matters connected thereto, 2019″, sponsored by the Senate leader, Ahmed Lawan and two others, he argued that the bill was not necessary now.
