The Nation Newspaper Healthcare firm denies wrongdoing claim

The firm’s management, in a statement yesterday, said the allegations made on social media, were “false, baseless, and a fabrication.”“The contractual relationship between FHS and Ghana was regulated by a duly executed contract robustly negotiated by world class professionals on either side,” the company said.

“The government of Ghana was not short-changed by FHS. Rather, the government and people of Ghana derived enormous benefits from FHS. The firm said the most “ridiculous” allegation was the claim FHS enjoys unfair support from Ghanaian government. The firm said reopening of the air borders of Ghana during COVID-19 was made possible by introduction of innovative health solution systems designed by FHS, adding the firm’s efforts made Ghana “to be recognised as the first country in the world to deploy and commence testing on international arriving passengers for COVID-19 virus.”
